Restrictions Fraud. Conviction of a felony. Violation of any significant federal or state law or related regulations pertaining to wildlife, game, and fish. Unethical or dishonorable conduct. Willful violation of the terms and conditions under which the license is issued. Inhumane treatment of any animal. Willfully endangering the health and safety of any person. Violation of statutes or rules and regulations of the Board.
