Requirements 1. Completed application and fee. 2. Passing score on the national certification examination, administered by the National Board for Certificaton in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). 3. Verification of all health care profession licenses held, active or inactive. 4. Verification of lawful presence in the United States. Continuing Education Licensees must complete 24 hours of continuing education every two years. Restrictions Fraudulently obtaining a license. Unprofessional conduct. Conviction of a felony. Violating any provision of the Occupational Therapy Practice Act. Schools Located in Wyoming Casper College - Casper - Occupational Therapy Assistant Program (Associates) http://www.caspercollege.edu/occupational-therapy-assistant License Occupational Therapy Assistants must be certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy in order to be licensed by the Board of Occupational Therapy in Wyoming. Licenses expire annually on July 31st. Applications for renewal must be post marked or hand delivered to the Board office no later than June 15. Examination Examinations are administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
