Requirements 1. Pass the International Code Council (ICC) test on Wyoming State Specific Storage Tank laws. 2. Have a current certificate for Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response. 3. Underground Storage Tank (UST) Installers - pass the ICC UST Installation and Retrofitting test. 4. Above-ground Storage Tank (AST) Installers - pass the ICC AST Installation and Retrofitting test. Restrictions False reporting. False licensing. School Located in Wyoming There are no schools for Storage Tank Installers in Wyoming. Employers typically provide the necessary training.
