BUILDING INSPECTOR
License Description "Inspector" means a person employed by a local regulator, state regulator or compliance agency for the purpose of inspecting building, electrical, plumbing or mechanical construction, alteration, remodeling, repair or installation in accordance with the codes adopted under these rules and taking appropriate action based upon the findings made during inspection.
