Conditional Audiology / Conditional Speech Language Pathology
License Description A Conditional License is a license certificate issued by the Board to applicants meeting the requirements as stated in ORS 681.260(2). The license provides for the licensee to work under supervision while completing the required nine months of supervised post-educational professional experience and/or until the licensee successfully passes the required examination.
