Medication Aides, Certified
License Description Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who have had additional training and are authorized to administer noninjectable medications. Oregon CMAs are trained in Board approved medication aide programs and must pass a Board-administered examination to qualify for CMA certification before administering medication.
