Cosmetology (Barbering, Esthetics, Hair Design, Nail Technology, Natural Hair Care, Eyelash Services)
License Description Qualified applicants may earn certification in one or more of five individual fields of practice in cosmetology: barbering, esthetics, hair design, nail technology, eyelash services, and natural hair care. As defined in ORS 690-005(4): "Cosmetology" means the art or science of beautifying and improving the skin, nails and hair.
