Licensed Behavior Analyst
License Description A New York State licensed behavior analyst (LBA) is a licensed health care professional who treats individuals with autism, autism spectrum disorders and related disorders. In providing services to such individuals, LBAs apply principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to design, implement, and evaluate environmental modifications, using behavioral stimuli and consequences, to produce socially significant improvement in human behavior.
