Occupational Description


Credit Union Loan Officers evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of commercial, real estate, or credit loans and advise borrowers on financial status and methods of payments. Mortgage Loan Officers & Agents, Collection Analysts, Loan Servicing Officers, and Loan Underwriters would all be considered Credit Union Loan Officers. Duties are potentially wide-ranging, but may also include exercising substantial employee supervision duties and/or duties assigned by a Manager or the Credit Committee.

Licensure Requirements


Applicants must submit an Application for Credit Union Loan Officer's License to the Dept. of Banking & Finance.

License Fee-  $25.00

No Renewal Fee.
