Occupational Description


All businesses requesting to serve, sell, or allow the consumption of alcohol are required to obtain a liquor license issued by the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission.

Licensure Requirements


Applications must be filed with appropriate fees and required documentation before issuance of liquor licenses. 

Fees


State & federal background checks via fingerprinting (per person)- $45.25 Retail application fee- $400.00. Other classes vary. License fees owed to the local governing body (city or county) vary depending on the class of license.

Renewal


Annual basic renewal fee- $45.00, or $145.00 with catering. Remewal fees for other license classes vary.
