License Description A person who will be providing unlicensed complementary or alternative health care services, must comply with Minn. Stats. Stat., Chapter 146A Complementary and Alternative Health Care Practices The statute does the following: sets out a statutory definition of Complementary and Alternative Health Care Practices (CAP);  requires all CAP providers to provide each client with a client bill of rights; sets out prohibited acts for CAP providers;  Refer to the Minnesota ELicensing information from the Minnesota Dept. of Health for Unlicensed Complementary and Alternative Health Care Practitioners None
