License Description Applicants must work at least 8 hours in approved settings: nursing home, hospital, hospice, home health, personal care attendant (PCA), assisted living, rehabilitation or intensive care (ICF) or developmentally disabled (DD) facility. Duties must be verified as nursing or nurse related. If you have been certified in the past, contact Shirley Smith, Program Manager, DHH- Health Standards at (225) 342-5779.
