License Description Required to take out the appropriate associated license by the Louisiana Racing Commission and pay the associated fee (varies by position). All licenses must be taken out within 48 hours of arrival except out of state owners may be allowed not more than 10 days. The licenses can also be renewed for up to a 3 year period at a time. Each owner and/or trainer shall be held responsible for the licensing of each and every employee under his jurisdiction
