License Description  Must be at least 18 years of age.  Must be a United State citizen or have a current work authorization.  Must reside in or maintain a principal place of business in Louisiana.  Must complete a prelicensing education program (when required) and pass an exam (when required)  Must submit the appropriate forms and fees.  Must have the written consent of the commissioner of insurance pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 1033
