Physical Therapist (Assistant)
License Description  Must be at least 19 years of age.  Must be of good moral character.  Must have paid all fees required.  Must have graduated from an accredited school of physical therapy assisting, which school, at the time of such graduation, was approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education or the board. However, the board shall not require an applicant to have completed a course of training in excess of that required for an associate degree.  Must pass an examination to the satisfaction of the board as provided for in R.S. 37:2414.
