Surveyor, Professional Land
License Description  Must meet the qualifications to be a land surveyor intern, who is of good character and reputation, who has a verifiable record of four years or more of combined office and field experience in land surveying, including two years or more experience in charge of land surveying projects under the supervision of a professional land surveyor.  Must hold a valid license to engage in the practice of land surveying issued by the proper authority of a state, territory, possession of the United States, or the District of Columbia, based on requirements that do not conflict with the provisions of the Louisiana licensure law.  Must be of good character and reputation, and passed the written examination on the fundamentals of land surveying, principles and practice of land surveying, and Louisiana laws of land surveying.  Must have submitted an application for licensure in accordance with the requirements of R.S.37:694, and if the state, territory, possession, or the District of Columbia, in which applicant is licensed, will accept the licenses issued by the Louisiana Board on a comity basis, and who was duly licensed as a professional land surveyor by the Louisiana Board.
