License Description
Applicant requirements: employed by a company licensed for pesticide application completed 10 hours of formal category training completed 70 hours of on-the-job training two years of experience pass a written exam Structural pest control workers may also be registered in Georgia after completing the above formal and on-the-job training and passing a registration exam with a minimum score of 70%. Fees: Application: Registered Employee - $10.00 Certified Operator - $100.00 Renewal: Registered Employee - $10.00 Certified Operator - $100.00 Exam fee: Certified Operator - $25.00 per category Examination: Type: Written When: Registered Employee - Atlanta (every Wednesday), Statesboro (monthly), Tifton and Waycross (every other month); Certified Operator - second Tuesday of each month in January, April, July, and October Where: Registered Employee - Atlanta, Statesboro, Tifton, and Waycross; Certified Operator - Atlanta Repeats: Registered Employee - unlimited; Certified Operator - two per year
