License Description A crematory manager is a person engaged in or conducting, activities involved in, the maintaining or operating of a crematory and the cremation of human remains. Fees: Application and Exam fee: $680; License fee: $130; Renewal fee: $150. Examination Frequency: 6 days a week Exam Locations: 16 sites throughout the state of California (outside vendor PSI). Education Requirements: High School Graduate. Average Time to Process Application: 20 days. Renewal Period: Annually Authority: Business and Professions Code Sections 7611.3, 7730.7, 7713-7713.2.
