(2) A $49 fingerprint fee is required with fingerprint cards submitted (does not apply to livescan submission). (3) Applications are reviewed in the order they are received. (4) The initial fee is prorated based on the $270 biennial renewal fee. Authority: California Code of Regulations, Title 16, Division 39, Sections 4100-4184.
