License Description Persons operating pasteurization equipment at milk processing plants. Fees: Examination Application: $100; License Renewal: $100. Examination Frequency: Upon request. Exam Locations: At place of business. Experience Requirement: Demonstrate by written, and oral and practical examination the ability to operate pasteurization equipment and comply with regulations on operating such equipment. Average Time to Process Application: 60 days. Renewal Period: Biennially. Penalties apply when not renewed within statutory deadline. Special License Requirements: N/A Comments: Study material available at Branch Regional Offices. Authority: California Food and Agricultural Code, Sections 35168, 35231 (e).
