License Description In California, individuals serving as School Nurses must hold a credential authorizing that service. Fees: Credential Fee: $100 To obtain this credential please copy and paste the following link: https://www.ctc.ca.gov/credentials/leaflets/school-nurse-services-credential-(cl-380) The preliminary credential is issued for 5 years and is not renewable. The clear credential is issued for five calendar years and must be renewed with a paper application packet.
