License Description A Septic Tank Manufacturer is a person or company who manufactures or sells septic tanks to the public. These tanks are usually concrete, fiberglass, or polyethylene. All septic tank manufacturers doing business in Arkansas must hold a valid registration issued by the Arkansas Department of Health. Requirements: Each Septic Tank Manufacturer must comply with the Arkansas Department of Health's Rules and Regulations pertaining to Septic Systems. License fee: $100.00 per year
