Liquefied Petroleum Gas Cylinder Delivery Truck Driver - CD
License Description Liquefied Petroleum Gas Cylinder Delivery Truck Drivers are responsible for delivering DOT and ASME cylinders to retail locations. They are responsible for ensuring both state LP-Gas Board and federal DOT regulations are followed during the course of making deliveries. Requirements: 1. Must be employed by a Class 1 or Class 3 Permit Holder. 2. Must have on-the-job training in the liquefied petroleum gas business of not less than 30 days. 3. Must attend a minimum of one (1) board sanctioned safety meeting annually. Examination and fees: Written and Oral Examinations, License fee: $25.00, Renewal fee: $25.00 per year
