License Description Applicant should be of good moral character; Hold a master's degree prior to January 1, 2007 or Doctoral Degree in Audiology after January 1, 2007; Work a total of 1,820 hours under a licensed supervisor.; Submit evidence of completion of academic, clinical and professional experience requirements, and examination requirement in the form of; academic transcripts and records of clinical contact hours, or certification by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.
